D C needs a cat cafe! Why should people go to New York when their could be one next to him. A cat cafe would not only increase tourism for this gloomy historic city of ours, but will bring happiness to many college students who can't afford a pet. The students of Washington D. C. Need this.
This is a wonderful concept and can take off like crazy. Cats are known to be scientifically calming and stress relievers. I have 2 cats. Best of luck on this venture and next time I am in Georgetown, I will visit!
