Disagree with building of this 15K sq foot home on Nichols Canyon Road; aside from the nightmare inconvenience on the road, the size of the property is too large and takes away the charm of the canyon.

The construction stage alone for a complicated house this size on Nichols Canyon Road will be very dangerous and hugely disruptive to the thousands of drivers who traverse what is really a "country road" daily as well as damaging to the road itself. That's just one reason to review this project.

This must be reviewed. There is not way that this construction won’t just ruin traffic and the commute for thousands of residents. There is no way this should be exempt from the new hillside ordinance.

The traffic conditions are already dangerous and the wildlife, and ecosystem of the canyon are under assault. Further development at the expense of tax paying residents and precious wildlife must be contested.

a 6 story building is not a home - it's a monstrous castle that will impact our fragile canyon for years to come, well beyond the construction stage which will doubtless take years. the damage to our roads, property & wildlife is incalculable. there is no way our small, quiet neighborhood - not to mention the DOT - can survive the construction of a building of this size

Nichols canyon road is already too congested during rush hours and there are currently two construction of houses on the main road that block off part of the road. I cannot imagine what a big construction would be like.

This is completely disrupting the natural preservation of this canyon. It is absolutely innecessary and should be completely prohibited for the sake of the wildlife, property owners, and preservation of the canyon

This project needs to be reviewed for the potential environmental impacts the size of the home will have on the neighborhood, the grading of over 1000 cubic yards of dirt and it's location directly next to Trebek Open Space and wildlife corridor.
The construction will greatly effect everyone that uses Nichols Canyon, humans and wildlife. With all the fires and mudslides in the area, it's irresponsible if the city does not further review this project.

I lived on Nichols for 21 years. It’s a long, narrow winding road from bottom to top. Today, due to WAZE, etc it’s bumper to bumper during peak traffic hours. Apart from the common sense aspect of this project displacing the neighborhood, it would create a logistical nightmare. What happened to the McMansion Ordinance? Please get those reviewing this to actually go to the site. This is incomprehensible.
