Stop it. You must protect our community from these greedy developers and keep the character of our city intact. Enough is enough!

We all must see reason and let one of the last quasi untainted lovely canyons in LA be. This proposed beast lies between Nichols canyon rd ( right on the street) and the amazing hike so it has the unique ability to diminish the quality life for those who live on/in the canyon, those who enjoy the hiking trails.......and the beautiful creatures who call it home who we have a duty to protect! Don't get me started!

This type of construction is a danger to the current residents as the roads are already in bad condition and dangerous. Any more activity will be detrimental to all.

This protect MUST be reviewed under the strictest of guidelines. It is inconceivable that a mammoth undertaking of this magnitude should be allowed to be built first off and secondly to be allowed without strict checks and balances. This is inconceivable and dangerous. Nichols Canyon is a narrow two land road already impacted by traffic diverted here from Laurel Canyon because of floods and Waze. We can not allow this over built progrstbto go forward and certainly with a pass by buildings and code.

One monster home went up next door to me on reppert court. Now another is permitted on algodon. This is not progress. It is an environmental assault.

Please perform a vigorous review of this project and the environmental impact it will have on the surrounding area.

This project will have a huge negative impact. Nichols Canyon is already an overly congested road road not to mention the cost to the wildlife that inhabit the surrounding hills.

Terrible idea to build there.

I live less than a half mile from this proposed project on Nichols Canyon Rd. I urge a thorough CEQA, NEPA, safety, and traffic review of this enormous project.

This is an utterly absurd proposition - the very size and scope of a building like this is inappropriate for the location. Will this endless development of these tranquil hills ever come to terms with suitable structures instead of these mega ugly buildings.

A six story house. Are you joking Gee I wonder what the “environmental impact” of a skyscraper is.

This is a disruption to flora and fauna of our city - Deers are often seen crossing lower Nichols canyon to drink at the small stream running down the canyon to jump back over the quiet hills. The project will decimate them

This project must go through the same City checks and balances as any other structure.

Nichols Canyon is the home of many wildlife species. This monstrous home will take a toll plants, animals, the environment and the people.

It seems fair to carefully review the impact of a project that drastically exceeds the scope of any other "home" in the area. Unusual construction should require a higher level of oversight to ensure neighbors are treated with respect and the environment is protected.

This project should be reviewed. Seems it will destroy traffic for 1000's of residents during construction at least and will be wildly out of character for the canyon.

This project must be killed.

This massive proposed hotel like construction is to be built on an almost vertical piece of land. The slope failures that have occurred in the canyons during this past year should be a red flag warning to the city of LA and all developers of the potential catastrophes in irresponsible overdeveloped hillside construction. This proposed construction will have a significant negative long term impact on the environment, the neighboring communities, the traffic flow and innumerable safety standards. It is a high risk speculative construction that must be carefully and thoughtfully reviewed by the city.

This project needs review. Seems really big for Nichols Canyon.
