This proposed project borders on the insane, as our narrow, winding roads ( already severely compromised ) and delicate balance of man and nature, cannot accommodate any more development!

We have the right to weigh in on construction that impacts our day to day.

The contractions of building and huge house in this city is going out of control, let's at least spare the Hills and the Canyons Thank you

When will it stop??? The hills are so very fragile, the ecosystem so delicate. The hills are horribly overbuilt, and the road cannot take the onslaught of yet more huge construction vehicles, not to mention the interuption in an already heavily traveled country road. Has the city gone mad?? This must not go forward.

Not sure why this lists Sherman Oaks as my residence. I live ON Nichols Canyon Road. And have for the past 24 years.

This needs to be reviewed. Our Canyon roads are narrow, and traffic is constant throughout the day but especially heavy during both rush hours, as it connects Hollywood/city side of the hill to Woodrow Wilson Dr near the top of Nichols Canyon Road which is just a few hundred feet from Mulholland and the Valley side of the hill. There is no way that amount of big trucks, earth moving equipment etc. won't impede traffic. Likewise all connecting roads plus Nichols Canyon Rd need to be assured that any emergency exiting (fires, earthquakes etc.) for the community isn't impeded by this long term construction. We have concerns for fire hazards with any project entailing scores of workers. One wonders why the house is designed to be so large and can only fear it is just an opportunity to lease frequently for parties/rentals etc. That presents the safety issues as well. Then there is the environmental/ecological impact with the wildlife living and welcomed by our community.

Please open up the situation to proper review! This could potentially impact thousands and have a detrimental effect on our delicate canyon environment. Thank you.

Such a project is outside of the norm in this canyon and would create dangerous conditions of hillside erosion and redirection of water flow from the property into already overtaxed facilities and drainage ways leading to further flooding and deterioration of our canyon streets.

Please consider the impact to environment and the people who live in this canyon!

This proposed development is beyond insane and would have a tremendously negative impact on wildlife, environment, and traffic flow. It cannot be allowed to go forward!

This project makes no sense without further review.

If this project is allowed to continue, it will only add more traffic probems to a street that currently cannot handle the traffic it gets. Please require review.

Protect our canyon by providing for the normal process and review. Too big a project to not proceed with caution and input.

This proposed monster development and building would be out of scale for the entire Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood. It would obstruct both traffic and wildlife flow. Probably lead to flooding in Nichols Canyon. There are no overhanging driveways here for good reasons. Also not structurally sound in earthquake country. Economically doomed to become yet another “Party House.” The impact on the neighborhood would be great in many ways. Please do EIR and other reviews. Schedule hearings. Allow the neighbors to provide feedback. This project looks insane.

This is a large development in a vulnerable area. Nichols Canyon Road is highly trafficked, this development is right next door to the Trebek Open Space, and it is an area with a lot of wildlife. This development should be reviewed for its potential environmental impact.

Please review the planning application for this development.

The huge scope of this proposed project on Nichols Canyon must be open to review. It is 5xs the size of the majority of homes. It is a massive complicated construction project on what is a narrow, HIGH USE canyon road, and abuts important conservation land. This must not be built "by right" but with transparency and impact on the community and ecosystem.
