Not a good spot at all. That part of the road is narrow.

A serious danger to life, property and the already fragile ecology of Nichols Canyon Road is posed by the imposition of such an extreme construction in this very narrow section of a major traffic link that services such a large residential area. This EXACT area was closed for several years when the entire road washed out when PeggyStevenson was on the City Council over 30 years ago. WHY has this ridiculous project been allowed to get this far? Special Interests are at work on this dreadful project.

this is way too big for this canyon. it will impact traffic, wildlife, and over look of the canyon and the surrounding area.

It would impede first responders in case of fires and earthquakes. It would increase traffic which would cause a hazard that the canyon can’t handle.

If this project is not carefully reviewed one could only suspect corruption on a Trumpian scale. This is not a NIMBY petition. The traffic on the canyon road would be dangerously impeded by large trucks etc. during what would be a lengthy and very noisy construction. The proposed house and driveway if completed would be a huge incongruous blight on the area not to mention the environmental impact it would inflict on the local wildlife.

The proposed development is completely incompatible with Nichols Canyon and will cause significant and permanent deterioration of the values of homes, properties, the Santa Monica Conservancy open space, wildlife and environmental stability in the canyon.

Nichols Canyon is a narrow winding canyon road and is totally inappropriate For this size dwelling. It will have a very negative impact on the neighborhood.

Anything this massive in such a sensitive area needs to be reviewed for its impact on traffic and the hillside

This proposed project needs careful review as it will adversely affect the lives of thousands of residents during construction. The scale of the project is massive and out of proportion to any home in the canyon. It also is located next to a wildlife preserve and corridor, which needs to be assessed. Thank you

Needs to reviewed for the environmental impact in addition to the impact it will have during construction on traffic!

This one house could negatively impact so many people on a daily basis and harm our precious wildlife.

This area has charm. How many places will we allow any form of "the oldish Hollywood" places be mowed-down and replaced by sterile or trashy faux condo's and so on?

We all need a place to live. Including the wildlife that makes our canyon special. Fit the property to the canyon.

This proposed property is far outside the normal size of homes in the neighborhood and also would create dangerous conditions for neighbors, including drainage, fire hazards, and traffic issues. This project also seems to go against the Hillside Ordinance and needs to be reviewed.
