The canyons are full, this is not sustainable and jeopardizes the safety of the neighborhood and respect for the ecosystem of Nichols Canyon

Canyons harbor wildlife, are subject to gradation faults and mud slides, are overtrafficked, frequently congested. Geological and environmental impact analyses are needed here. More and more questionable lots and structural proposals threaten the integrity of the hillsides, the ecosystem itself, the quality of canyon life. Order a review of this convoluted proposition.

This home is completely out of character with other homes in the neighborhood and could pose serious safety issues during and after construction.

I am a developer myself. 290 pylons is God telling you a house does not belong there.
