Everyone deserves a chance at life and sometimes that involves a second chance. Don't give up on those who need us the most. If these people are your loved ones, you would wish only the best for them.

I need this centre. I have struggled alone with the fallout from my adult daughters meth use since late 2013. I also have a friend who is going through the same in Bunbury. It is common now.

My 20 yr old daughter is currently at the Blackwood River Retreat Nannup battling with her addiction. She represented W.A at 13 yrs of age in hockey,so much potential with anything. We have watched her slip away in the past few years as her addiction grew. Enough was enough, she agreed to go to rehab and when she's out it'll be 5weeks clean and zero alcohol as well. From our recent conversations she seems very positive, happy and enjoying her road on her way of getting her real life backWe live in Busselton and i feel we are not far behind Bunbury with this problem . We live in hope of having our real daughter back with us soon and forever. Its far from over, though its a promising start. Thankyou and we all need to get onboard against this drug and its dealers.

this type of help is needed everywhere. there isn't enough support from the government. keep our kids out of jail by giving them help such as doors wide open before the reach the legal system and find themselves in jail due to their addiction.

Been clean from meth for over 8 months now n did it myself, but needed help to quit drinking and smoking gunja so I went to cyrenian house in Perth and they sent me to Next Step to detox and that was helpful and from there straight to Rick Hamersly Center and all I kept saying to counsellors and the workers there is they need this in Bunbury. Im still clean even though I left after three weeks cause they gave me a head start to be able to function in life sober and not drunk and stoned everyday.
