All these lockdowns, quarantines, testing, social distancing, labelling of essential businesses, and mandated reduction in capacity are all crimes against humanity, are unconstitutional, and all politicians who support these things ought to go to jail for being criminally stupid.

Those who are elected to office are bound by our present laws. The definition of those laws and of what constitutes an emergency or a pandemic need to be returned to their previous definition

I, Darryl L. Williams, do hereby add my voice(name) to this petition demanding a long overdue accountability of our elected officials and redress of grievances thereof. As a citizen of the State of Utah for almost 39 years, I feel we have been subjected to an egregious overreach of constitutional power by Governor Gary Herbert, Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox and their non-elected appointees vis-à-vis shutdowns and intimidation for the sake of securing for themselves federal funding and unconstitutionally granted authority during this pandemic at the expense of their fellow Utahns. I contend that this state’s current distresses( financial and otherwise) have been exasperated by the its Executive Branch’s lack of vision, overall ineptitude and fear mongering resulted in far greater damage to the people and its wellbeing, than was due to the pandemic.
