Gov Herbert has been instrumental in criminal action AGAINST THE CITIZENS (even the most vulnerable) of Utah. He has committed treason against Utahns. And he is not alone. Any person, agency, institution that perpetuated Gov Herberts tyranny is guilty as well.

Governor Herbert and lieutenant governor Cox have violated our state and federal Constitution by opposing mandates contrary to our right to liberty and freedom to assembly. It appears they have done so for financial gain and they should be investigated for criminal charges.

It's time to bring an end to the mascerade party. Here immunity is seeking the effects of Covid. Even though positive tests are up, morbidity is down. That's what really matters. The cure can no longer be more damaging than the problem. The money the State is getting for continuing the State of emergency hardly makes up for all the money lost from shutting down businesses. Never mind that the lock downs are unconstitutional. By definition, that means they are illegal. Governor Herbert I'd breaking the law by mandating this mascerade party. Time to take off the masks and open doors for normal business. I mean business as usual not the new normal. This new normal must be stopped.
