I'm a local resident and this is just the type of development we need to help revitalize West Girard. The City should be doing everything it can to support this project.

The best neighborhood in the Best Beer City in the United States needs and deserves a great brewpub like C&P! Small-minded, anti-urban, regressive Philly haters need to be put down.

Get this done. Small business is the lifeblood of the local economy and this brewery will pump money into the community.

Local businesses should be supported and not have to go through so much red tape to get started. It's businesses like these that bring character and culture to the city, making it an interesting place to visit.

Please, Philadelphia, these are good people who only want to run a decent business that will bring money back into a neighborhood that desperately needs some care and attention. Let C&P Brewery through, they're a much-wanted attraction!

Our block really needs this business, for the foot traffic and diversity of uses it would bring. We have very few businesses that are open later in the evening and this would be a welcome addition that would add considerably to the vitality and interest of the block and the neighborhood in general.

As a resident of this neighborhood, I fully support the current CMX zoning. This brewery should be welcomed with open arms, not forced to jump through hoops. We need to encourage the revitalization of this neighborhood, and this brewery is what we need.

The addition of this brewery in this community would go a long way to increasing foot traffic along the 2700 block of W. Girard--which is a much needed and positive move for those of us living in the area and committed to supporting local businesses. It would also attract people who are currently choosing to remain below W. Girard because negative perceptions associated with the area.

City of Philadelphia: I love you, but get your "stuff" together. It shouldn't be this difficult for young businesses to get off the ground.
