My kids grew up in that studio. It is heartbreaking to think they wont have the same place to learn our traditions. Give the space back to the families.
Since I can remember, Sunday afternoons have been dedicated to Cretan dancing lessons for our youth. While change can be healthy, there are also some traditions that should be upheld.
I will leave you with a proverb "A decision made in haste, without thought for the morrow, is a seed planted for a harvest of regret."
The elders should be supporting the youth as they are our future and not cutting down their wings
Anything for our youth !! Because without them the future is lost ! If we lose a few expired members so what! Time to prioritize our youth and the future of the cretans in Montreal !

Keep the space open for the kids!! Stop making things complicated for no reason.
