No! Do not build this and destroy our property value! I need to sell by next July and I'm already taking a loss. I don't need a bigger loss!!!

I object to making places for more welfare programs so santa rosa can get more federal money for stomping on their own people,no apartment anywhere in Navarre or creekwood

I whole heartily disagree with this development!! We can’t even control speeders in or subdivision now, how much worse do you think it will be with an additional 400-500 cars zooming through our streets. The County wants to rezone?? Really? They won’t even put speed bumps in on Pouder or Abaco now to control traffic. You’re supposed to fix problems not make new ones, and don’t even get me started on property values!!! I say NO!!

There are many reasons to stop this project, in my opinion. We have too much growth for our infrastructure in south Santa Rosa. We also do not want low-income housing. We are not the size town for such housing. Please hear the voters of s. Santa Rosa county..slow the allowance on growth/building and focus and infrastructure. Thank you.

There isn’t enough jobs in this area to support that growth. 98 is already overburdened and property taxes would suffer. This area needs more business.

This is a TERRIBLE idea! This area already has too much traffic and flooding.

There is too much growth. Apartments and more houses? We can't fix traffic on 98 as it is
