This man has nothing but passion for his breed and wants only the best for them and for the future of the sport and for the trials.
Speaking out against things should not be a reason to remove him from the Pannel.
It was not that long ago that a Tv program spike out against the kennel club and since then massive changes have been made to the health of many breeds and health testing have increased.
Do not punish this man for being so passionate!
Many of us are passionate!
The kennel club should be proud to have him on side!

In terms of integrity and credibility the KC really need to take a good look at this decision and consider the wider views of its members and supporters.

Happy to sign this, l don't see why anyone would have a problem DNA testing cockers. At the end of the day it would ensure an even playing field for all competitors and safe gaurd the breed standard of these wonderful little dogs.

This is a travesty, the KC have penalised a man for wanting to do what is right.

The kennel club should be ashamed of themselves to have let this happen. Dog trailing should be doing everything it can to get away from the corrupt reputation it has.

Andrew Platt it seems has been used to put people off speaking out why else would his championship judging appointment have been removed. We can all quote rules and regulation breeches but not many have the backbone to ask questions or highlight potential failings a true Spaniel man Championship winning handler APanel Judge who gives back more than he receives to his sport.

The Kennel Club is telling the Gundog world that Mr Platt's can Judge and Qualify owners Dogs for a Championship, yet not be allowed to Judge them in that Event! They are not only making a mockery of their own finding, but also, in my opinion, protecting one party in a dispute, whilst punishing another without a complete investigation. Mr Platt is renowned for Judging a Dog's performance in a professional and fair way, not the handler regardless of reputation! To call his appointment off is a sign that the KC is happy to protect one side of a debate at the cost of another, in this case they have potentially ruined Mr Platts reputation by "Hanging him out to dry" whilst turning a blind eye to his concerns!!!

Andy is a well respected gentleman and judge of sincerity and integrity. It would be a gross miscarriage should his re in statement not be followed through.

I cannot understand why on earth Mr Platt should have been withdrawn from judging the championship. This matter needed to be brought out in the open so that it can be stopped. Good on you Mr Platt

Honesty is the best if you cannot be honest about the breed then dont bother breeding
