- Problem: East Brunswick school students constantly have to carry around heavy textbooks, cannot practice active note taking in books, and fail to gain real-world technological experience. Now, more than ever, technology is a part of daily life used to perform all types of tasks: basic and complicated, easy and hard. Students need to be able to have easy-access to academic material, broaden their understanding, and be well-equipped with the tech skills needed in today's society.
- Our role in change: By providing students with a device (chrome books, iPads, tablets, etc), East Brunswick's schools will be able to not only lighten the stack of piles students have to constantly deal with and lessen confusion, it will allow for enhanced learning and collaboration amongst peers and teachers. Although the initial cost may scare some, the long run benefits of not having to constantly buy and replace new books and other materials needed in the classroom will balance this out. In fact, it may prove to help save money in the future.
- What can you do?: Change cannot happen without the people. This is why I ask for as much support as possible. By showing your interest in this cause, you will help bring this to the attention of our community. Please help do this by partaking in this petition.

My son complains everyday about his heavy bag. Please do this.
Finally someone said it. Schools need to update their tech if they want kids to get real jobs later.
It is about time our schools caught up with the 21st century.
My back still hurts from high school. This is a great idea for the kids
