Have a program that allows retirees to mentor employees through volunteer work to ensure that work experience isn't lost through retirement. Making this program will also counteract the sentiment that retirees and the elderly drain taxpayer money and provide no input into society.

The growth of this petition reached a point that forces a formal review by the district board. I am now preparing the policy proposal document to present at the upcoming administrative hearing.

My dad has 40 years of knowledge that he just cant use anymore. This is a great idea to keep people feeling useful and connected.
