There is a huge market of MMOers out there just seething for the opportunity to immerse themselves in their next MMO addiction that is worth doing so. Millions of potential players just waiting for a new fantasy world to practically live in. As a relatively new Warhammer fan and someone who did play Warhammer Online: AoR I think the Warhammer Fantasy Universe is a perfect IP to do this with. All of its races are unique with years and years of lore, thousands of pages, hours upon hours of audio books, bursting out of the seams with lore. There is also an established fanbase, along with the previously mentioned likely millions of players that would at the very least *try* the game. Make the game correctly and they WILL stick around, and you will have a product that pays for itself.

I yearn to be back on my Black Orc, scouring the lands my next good scrap. I yearn for perpetual war with the forces of order, to see the story unfold, to meet lore characters in the virtual world of Warhammer itself, and to bash the stoopid stunties that dare get in ma way!

I understand creating an MMO is virtually the most monumental developing task that exists for game developers and comes with a massive risk. But, it is a risk worth taking if you can get developers that are even half as dedicated as your fan base! If this petition can garner enough signatures to get an official response from Games Workshop as to the possibility of this occurring and the amount needed for a Kickstarter/crowd funded game I will consider this a success.

Whether you are a long time Warhammer fan, or just an MMO junkie desperately clinging to the hope of a new MMO for you to sink your teeth into...if you feel the way I feel then join me in signing this petition! Lets make our voices heard to Games Workshop and make our dream a reality!
