I really need to tell you all that the stories coming in about the nightmare of transit layovers are just breaking my heart because I feel the exact same pain every time I have to travel back home. There is so much work happening behind the scenes right now to get this in front of the right eyes in Accra and honestly sometimes I just stare at these comments in disbelief that so many of us feel this strongly about our national identity.

I never imagined this much energy would find its way to my laptop screen and honestly it feels like the whole world is suddenly talking about those old blue and white planes again. It just hits me sometimes while I am scrolling through these names that people really do miss that feeling of home in the sky (the food especially) because the travel headaches are just getting to be too much for everyone involved.
