No reason not to open this as it's for the older clientele who appreciates real beer

Drinking craft beers is as much an art as making it. Four Hops will bring both worlds together and a touch of class to Reigate.

We need to encourage more craft and artisan style stores to Reigate. It will be great to not have yet another chain high st and have Reigate stand out from other high street's.

I wholeheartedly support the application for a change of use and would happily welcome Four Hops to Reigate. With UK clone High Streets we need to be encouraging independents and small businesses that breathe life and diversity to our town.
I wish them all the best and look forward to buying and tasting their beer.

Would be glad to see another small business on the high street.

This place sounds great, as I'd love a more chilled drinking spot where I can go for a catch up with friends over a few choice beers. Small capacity should mean that there is not too much noise or coming & goings, and I'd imagine clientele would be considerate.

What a great idea - just what the town needs - and thankfully not another cafe/coffee shop.

Not sure what basis objections are on but if it is noise and clientele they should visit Cobbetts on West Street in Dorking. It is just a shop like all the rest in that famous street.

No objections to a local small business bringing revenue and footfall to the local area.
