This has been going on for way too long, for months people's cars have been getting stolen, burned out, driven off cliffs and more recently nearly killed someone. All because some selfish people think its fun to steal other people's property and put them selves and others in danger. Why this was not cracked down on a long time ago, I don't know! It needs to be PREVENTED, not dealt with at the time..which is what usually happens. We are sick of it now and something needs to be done.
