We have lived in San Dimas home for over forty years. We have not experienced the dangers of prowling coyotes until the past eighteen months.

They're all over our mobile park. One got a kill behind my coach, & the yelping that went up was blood curdling. I see them day & night.

I would like to see this problem handled in the most humane way possible.

Agree, Agree. It used to be unusual to see a coyote in our area, Now we see them all the time and I fear for little children and all pets. Thank You

I agree. The fact that they are so bold and unafraid is very scary. I had one on my driveway and when I yelled at him to go away, he simply moved a few feet into the street then stood there and stared at me. I went back inside before he could decide whether I was a threat or not!

I live in La Verne and we are constantly seeing a pack of coyotes come through our neighborhood. My wife refuses to take our grandson to the park or for a walk due to the fear she will encounter a coyote or a pack. This is becoming ridiculous I completely agree with my neighbors something needs to be done.

Dangerous situation for sure. Not sure how much help you will get from Mayor Morris. Hopefully the L V Mayor takes the lead

Coyote abatement is way overdue in La Verne and San Dimas. HAving lived in these two towns since 1982, I've never seen it this bad. It's at the point of being downright terrifying.

In other states such as Texas, hogs are considered a neusiance & residents are permitted to destroy them. We need something like that here with the coyote population too, especially if we can’t get them to be trapped &/or destroyed by the city they are terrorizing.

I am an environmentalist and animal activist but over 30 years I’ve lost three cats and my darling Pug who was in my yard behind a six foot block wall! I’m done. Something needs to be done

There are coyotes living on the hill in back of our house on Avenida Loma Vista in San Dimas. We have a small dog that we cannot let be outside by herself and we have to keep our cats in the house at all times. We are very concerned for pets and also for children in our neighborhood. The coyotes do not appear to be bothered by us when we are in our backyard.

Our little dog was attacked by a coyote while my husband was in the yard. My husband ran and yelled at the coyote which caused the coyote to be confused and he dropped our dog. Pretty creepy. Never in the 30 years we have lived in La Verne have the coyotes been this dangerous and aggressive.

I live in San Dimas, i rescued a cat last year only to have it be killed by a coyote, i found its head in my front yard and one of his legs in my neighbors yard..im still sickened and sad by this...something needs to be done, that poor little boy that was attacked will never forget his attack thank God he was saved.
