As per currently MCO, we saw a lot our facility are not fully operation, we wound like to request JMB take the consideration as per other condo practices to temporary reduce the maintenance fees for this coming 1 year, to help the all the residence who stay in the One Amerin Residence to pass through this coming economy crisis. We hope JMB committee must understand the current situation hope you all can stand together with the whole residence to fight for the crisis, we suggest discount for 50% for the coming 6 month.
