Covenant Freedom, Clergy, and the role of LGBT persons in the ECC

Freedom to discuss, share Bible verses and theology, engage with Christians of differing opinions is one thing I treasure in the ECC. There are Covenanters who drink wine and who are abstainers, those who see abortion as the ultimate litmus test and those who would understand a personal choice for it if a pregnancy is from rape or invest. We have brothers & sisters who consider assisted suicide for someone in pain who has a terminal disease & others who consider such thing a sin. Inerrantists and those with critical biblical study worship with women pastors and those who do not approve of them. Without Christian freedom devotion to Christ and remaining in the Holy Spirit we would have to resort to MANY litmus tests.
