Outrageous that this practice is even legal....please pass laws to protect against pics and videos at accident scenes!

I'm so sorry for your loss this happened to me also my daughter was killed in a tragic car accident and Zi was the driver the news had our story on with false information , I was delves tested and then I started getting comments from friends and family who knew details if the accident I hadn't even got ton like the cause of her death she was 12 they also posted names and ages of all my children because we were all in the Cary 3 children were minors at the time . I was driving the guilt I feel to this day is overwhelming . I hysterically called the news channels and told them to take the story down and they did but it was just too late damage was done a nephew learned of her death when he was visiting his grandparents in Tennesee we live in ohio , this happened on June 25, 2009 and if I google her name to this day the news paper articles appear with the tragic details and it breaks my heart because my little girl was so much more on her lifetime then this event that ended her beautiful life something has to change . Police and news stations should ask permission of the family or at least notify them before posting photos of the scene.
