My son, William, was killed in a vehicle accident June 25, 2010. I was not informed before it was posted online from the local newspaper. Headline included his full name and details. He was 25, an adult, but I am still his mother. The immediate family was never contacted by the police department but rather a social worker at the trauma unit after he was declared.

This happened to me last week when my aunt was on her way back to NC from FL. I was furious!! I agree a family is not ready to see these explicit pictures so soon after a tragic death of a loved one!

Perhaps a very similar "law", should govern attorney conduct in Court[s] actionable for damages, disbarment, and criminal charges against attorneys for similar conduct in Civil and Criminal Cases...
