This is a petition for Delnorte county Superior courts to sentence Ronald Hoel Jr to a drug and alcohol treatment program for his crimes that he is being accused of. It is in the best interest for Ronald Hoel Jr to attend a Residential treatment program so that he can get the help he needs for his substance abuse problem, sentencing him to a prison term will not treat his problem it will only make it worst. Ronald Hoel Jr suffers from years of alcohol and drug abuse.
