We are petitioning to request that a third section of Couples Therapy be added this summer in order to provide full training to a large number of students who will be unable to take any couples courses during their three years at Smith School for Social Work. If a class were added first term Monday and Wednesday at 10:35 or second term Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 am, we the undersigned would take it. We are open to other class times as well. It is our understanding that there has been a problem with Couples Therapy filling up in the past. We would like the Smith College School for Social Work to address this problem. We implored you to add a third section of Couples Therapy. There are three sections of many other classes including all of the required classes, Brief Dynamic Psychotherapy, Senior Integrative Seminar, Family therapy and probably others.
