This is definitely an ongoing problem for years now. It needs to be addressed.

Hello Mr. Cassard, I am Hyun-Tae, the owner of 4568 Par Ct. I have been testing several ways to take care of the bird issue. If you want, I'd like to share them with you. If you are interested, please send me an email. [email protected]

I accidentally pressed the enter key. Anyway, I strongly support this petition. This year I decided to try another (easy and cheap) fix. I have installed stainless bird spikes behind the shutters (no direct harm to birds, but hard to build a next on top of the spikes). So far so good. I don't see many birds around (with no nest for a week). But, birds might come back. We will see. If you have ever tried spikes, please share your experience with me. [email protected]

4556 ParCourt; We support and welcome this initiative . This is our secondary residence. We live in France and we are unable to address the cleaning of the bird feces from far away.

We could pay our HOA fees into escrow until they respond with an organized plan to solve this ongoing issue.

Received a $1,200 estimate, a no-show, and will see what Erlich says next week. Very unhealthy conditions.

4591 Jasmine Drive This is a terrible problem in the community. I have only lived here 1 year and 5 months and have paid twice already to try to fix the problem. I paid to have work done last year to try to correct the issue, and it did not work. I just had work done recently (around 2 weeks ago) to try to correct the issue and I am not sure it is going to work. I did do some investigating into different individuals/pest control companies and would be happy to share that information with HOA. This is not something the residents should have to deal with every year. The birds are truly making a mess behind the shutters, on the front of the shutters, on the windows, screens, on our walkways, and our cars. I always keep my property up, but truly the bird issue is making it impossible. I am sure everyone in the community would appreciate the assistance of the HOA in helping us make our community look better and be healthier for all residents.

I own a stone front house and have taken measures to eliminate the birds but they contiue to find ways to make nests. This is a health concern due to all of the bird droppings.

4027 Clubhouse Ct Nesting also forces the shutters to dislodge and fall on stone faced homes.

I’m a birdie - but this is..... not fun. You have to look up coming and going from the house

This is wonderful. I have lived here for 12 years and have tried everything possible to get rid of the birds and they just come back. I have complained to the HOA and was told it’s my problem. I asked if I could remove the tree in my yard or the shutters and was told no. We are tired of the mess. I truly hope this works and appreciate the efforts of the community! Thank you! Jill Smale.
