This is open space and more development will infringe on wildlife and existing homeowner's quality of life.

Please, no! As a parent of small children, I am greatly concerned about the impact of the number of cars in the neighborhood.

Rezoning of this property to allow 49 single family homes will cause a traffic nightmare on Bridle Pass, which already has too much traffic as it is.

I use this trail almost every day. I enjoy seeing rabbits, deer, wild turkey, wolves, and even a bobcat. We do not need more housing. We need more open space. Could you please think about the people who already live here and enjoy the trail?

Urban sprawl defined! We don't want this many homes and the congestion and environmental destruction they bring. Certainly city planners can promote a more environmentally and aesthetically balanced vision for this property than the 49 homes this developer wants to jam in here.

We are disappointed with the greed of Classic Homes. Please kill this development plan.

Way too many homes for the property. The developer is trying to cram as many homes on this land as possible - just to earn more money. Not to preserve this neighborhood. This development will overwhelm the street required to access the proposed new homes. It goes a long way in nearly double the number of people who live in the neighborhood. The developer knew the property was only zoned for nine home when he purchased the property. He wants to have the zoning changed by increasing the zoning by motor than 550%. We need to stop this madness.

50 homes is not doable...the city is as greedy as the developer

This cannot happen, we have a beautiful safe neighborhood and trail and you are already ruining the north side of this area. Definite NO TO YOUR DEVELOPMENT PLANS !! Save our neighborhood!!!!!!!

It is time to stop over development and keep open spaces and allow native wildlife to keep their homes as well
