Cottonfields Petition to Improve Property Values and Quality of Life

We bought in this community 15 years ago because of the beautiful golf course community. We have been upset for several years concerning the condition and upkeep of the golf course. Something has to be done.

I support the petition. Something must be done to restore the maintenance of the golf course and bring value back to our community.

The choking down of roads/traffic needs to stop until current issues are fixed, I e. 39th ave and southern, southern's dips at 55th ave. Southern being 2 lanes and the constant bottlenecks from 1 to 2 lanes etc

Was planning on buying I. This community but not if this is not fixed.

This is ridiculous what's going on. I do not go to H O A meetings nor do I read any other literature that's passed around to the doors. But what's going on in the community and shameful and it is an embarrassment to all of the individuals that live there.. the h o a purpose is to make sure people are maintaining their homes to the standard set for for the neighborhood. It is not a power-play for people to make decisions that affect others lives!

Does anyone actually know who owns the land that the golf course sits on? Who are the people running the clubhouse? What is the current business association between the two? I have Never seen anyone just drop everything and just let everything rott unless there is some type of nefarious reasoning behind it.

Due to the issues pointed out in the petition, we moved early this year.

We live across from golf course and is awful to look at from the street view. Will hurt all of our property values for surrounding communities

This driving range has been an eyesore for to long.

I am a renter and my backyard is facing the first tee off. I’m beyond mad that it looks so horrible.

I live near the Cottonfields community. The condition of the golf course is a direct reflection of all nearby housing developments.

Pl maintain the golf court (only golf and nothing else pl) Corrupt (previous) board members and lawyers are bringing down the neighborhood
