Please keep me informed. We just bought this home at end of August, 2018 and we were not aware of any of this.

Very disappointed in what has happened under the prior HOA boards, now that there are issues some of the past board members are moving else where. I thought I bought a house in a golf course community. Let's resolve this problem asap!

The Cottonfields HOA's actions set a dangerous example for other Laveen HOA's. We have undeveloped parcels in Laveen Meadows. When the time comes, I hope our HOA will allow residents to be heard and represent our interests vigorously.

I work at the high school and live in Laveen. It would be nice to see a golf course that’s maintained properly rather than dirt & weeds.

I am not a homeowner in the Cottonfields community but the condition of the golf course does not impact only Cottonfields residents. Its condition impacts all of Laveen. I fully support the rights of the homeowners to require the golf course owner to honor their commitments.

I am a resident of June skies, a new sub division east of hole #3 T-boxes, and I can clearly see the golf course, I have golfed there many times, before moving to June Skies, the reason I chose my lot ,which is lot 35, it was because i could set and have beautiful view of course, and now that has fallen apart it has become a view that is not good, and I hope that I can return to course to play a round again, and I am worried that this affected my value of home and property, I had high hopes for the future of course, because with the building of the new loop 202 , it wss sure to attract more golfers because of its easy access to Baseline rd and right to course, it's a bad idea to let it go, so please so.e one take charge and make it right for community of Southern Ridge, and for Laveen.

Absolutely ridiculous how the HOA and governing board has allowed this to happen. We are former residents and frequent the golf facility.

As a Laveen resident, I recognize that all Laveen communities and properties must be taken care of and not allowed to fall into disrepair. The Cottonfields owners and residents deserve better. Unethically neglecting or developing the golf course area decreases property values and enjoyment of the community and should be stopped.

The voices of the homeowners at Cottonfields and Laveen community should be heard. Seems like HOA is looking for an easy way out. Praying someone comes to sense that this golf course is this asset to the community than populating our already busy streets/community. I don't live in the gated community but pass by it daily and would hate for this recreational area to be gone simply because someone can't figure out how to maintain it.

I played at the golf course several times a month and feel lucky to have it close by. With the freeway coming in, this location should be an asset soon.

I fully support the Cottonfields community and their rights to defend their golf course and driving range and get rid of their present attorney. If their home values go down, so will the whole area.

GC major eyesore and many are trespassing on a daily basis now. Good luck for anyone wanting to sell as I'm sure this is affecting our home values. Totally disgusted and angered. This needs to get fixed ASAP. NOTE: I DO NOT WANT MY EMAIL SHARED PUBLICLY.
