We live at the entry to Spring Orchard Subdivision. We have not been notified of this proposed rezoning in spite of the fact we can see the property from our home. We STRONGLY oppose this rezoning.

My home backs to this proposed “restaurant and bar”. I’m not comfortable with this being in my backyard. There is so much available land near downtown Cottleville which seems like a much location vs a residential area.

This type of business does not belong next to a residential area. Traffic is just the beginning. There will be bright lights, noise and trash. The fact that they misrepresented what they were doing is highly unethical which makes them questionable business people. Say NO to these liars.

I live in Ashford Knoll and do not support this rezoning. There are plenty of preexisting empty locations in retail areas more suitable for this.

We live across the street on Long Wheat .We already Get noise and traffic from Page extension .This is a bad idea.A coffee shop would be great A restaurant with shorter hours ok But a bar that brings noise and drinking No thanks .We have children here .Too close for comfort Teens will be teens

This proposed development will create more noise and congestion for the residents of nearby neighborhoods. It's already difficult to turn into Highway N.

This is a residential area! We do NOT need the noise & light pollution, or further congestion of Hwy N (especially when it comes to the intersection at K)!!

This would not be good for a quiet subdivision. My autistic granddaughter would not be able to enjoy her back yard.

There is way too much congestion in this area already. This is a residential area. We need to keep this that way. Plenty of empty store fronts up and down Highway K. Try that property.

There is adequate commercial space nearby without infringing upon families in the adjoining residential development with noise, traffic and light pollution.

Being one of the homeowners directly behind this property, I am great opposed to this rezoning and restaurant request. Outside entertainment, late night openings, and serving alcohol so close to the backyard where my autistic daughter plays on the playset is exactly why we left our last house and purchased here. Would you want this in your backyard?
