The RV proposal is inappropriate in density for this small land space encased by water. The hazards of sea level rise make building here unsafe for people. This land needs to be envisioned as an environmental buffer, to provide land resiliency for the encroaching high tides--and to continue to serve as protection to the already built residential Cays community, businesses and the CCYC. A well-designed habitat park for people and wildlife is the wise and sustainable use for the open space of Grand Caribe Isle.

I’m against any development next to the Cays Yacht Club. This would encourage too much traffic in a quiet area.

A "trailor park" in the Cays? (that's what it would be) Absolutely not! That area should eventually become a beautiful park that would be in keeping with our community.

Totally incompatible with surrounding community. Developer has put no effort into an appropriate design. It’s placement is in the middle of a residential community and adds noise, traffic and other pollution.
