Traffic is only one of the cottage plan problems. The park facilities is the draw for people to what to buy here and live here. The cottage option would be great for the developer, builder, and Taxing municipalities to increase their tax revenues at our expense. This would change the character of the community adversely in the most negative way! No! No! and NO not ever!

I strongly oppose such a development which would have a strongly negative impact on a family residential community with a single entrance. There are already hotels and RV parks nearby to meet public need. I support using North Grand Caribe Isle a green park with indigenous plantings to support the Green Necklace plan and help protect the shoreline.
