I DEFINITELY OPPOSE TO DEVELOPING RV OR COTTAGES IN CORONADO CAYS

This does not belong in the Cays.

Oppose Cottages by the Cays

I oppose the commercial or residential development at the boatyard. Proposed development will severely impact Coronado Cays Yacht Club operations by eliminating on-street parking and sub-leased special event space. This land should be part of the Grand Caribe Shoreline Park and the Port's Green Necklace parks and open space.

This trailer park would be detrimental to the Cays. A park would be an asset for the Cays.

The idea is poorly planned and designed. As it is, I think this will "cheapen" or devalue Cays properties. It invites traffic that we do not need at the Cays. I strongly oppose this proposal. Let's give ourselves a nice holiday gift by rejecting this project. Carlos
