I strongly oppose the development called “cottages at the Cays” proposed. This is no more than an RV park, despite the name, and does not belong in a residential area.

We oppose any hotel or cottages as it will severely impact the way of life, including but not limited to noise pollution, traffic, and decrease in home values. We chose to live in a residential community without hotel or tourists attractions. Thank

This proposal is by far the worst possible use of the land in question. It is obvious that the existing roads and space in the Cays cannot support a project of this scope.

We oppose the commercial development of the boatyard on North Grand Caribe island and prefer it be returned to its natural habitat as part of the bay's shoreline islands.
