Adding RV traffic going back and forth along the roadway within the residential community will be not only a traffic nuisance but will an eyesore to a beautiful community. This area deserves to not be a camper and RV dumping ground. There is already an RV park across the street. Why bring the class level of the area lower by bringing in a crowd of campers and RVs partying along both shorelines?

This is not an area for any type of short-term rentals. I vehemently oppose this project. The traffic, noise and lack of free beach access for the public are all reasons I oppose the development.

One reason we purchased our 2nd home in the beautiful Cays was to get away from all the construction and unnecessary building that we've been experiencing in the Bay Area.
