No cottages, trailer parks, boat storage yards, or hotels in the Cays. This is a residential neighbor hood and we need to keep it that way!
I support a passive use park with limited two hour max parking allowed and no use or access after sun down. The park should not be a place where all day camp out activities or group gatherings are allowed.

I grew up in Bahama Village from childhood and am now in my 40s and last year bought property in Kingston Village. Do not ruin one of the last idyllic places in the United States by adding noise, traffic, and many unforeseen problems with Cottages at the Cays!!

I hope this debacle doesn’t succeed. Another attempt by the greedy owners of the lease to make money off a temporary opportunity that if approved will likely become permanent!
NO WAY WOULD I APPROVE THIS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT MODIFICATION TO TRAFFIC ACCESS AND STUDIES OF USAGE.

It will change the entire area of where the mobile homes will be placed, there will be traffic as there is no traffic now. There will be an increased number of people.. which brings, traffic, cars and debris. There will be the need to remove the parking area from the yacht club and the green area which allows for the yacht club to have wedding events which supports the ever increasing expenses of running the yacht club. It will change the Grand Caribe area in a negative way as a homeowner in the Cays. I don’t want to see mobile homes in the beautiful natural environment of the Cays.

Completely opposed to development as it significantly impacts quality of life and the environment (pollution, trash, etc.)
