I am opposed to this development because of the numerous negative impacts on the surrounding neighborhood from the visitor influx it will generate (i.e., traffic & on-street parking already pressured w/weekend recreational sports at the park, increased danger for community if elderly residents and small children, wetland habitat damage due to increased recreational usage, and emergency response burden on community fire department. Please oppose.

This is a residential neighborhood. The cottages at the cays does not belong here and threatens the safety and comfort of community. A place where people are coming in and out all of the time that are transient by nature is not in keeping with the established community setting and is grossly unfair to the residents.
