Absolutely! We have to stop competing with each other and realize that the other unions are stronger because the are united and support each other! That is the only way we will grow and be more respected for our skills as individuals and as a group.

The coordinator has a skill set specific to the costume department and assists designers in a great number of ways that require knowledge of the department. They should definitely be included in the union.
