Seems like a good idea, I have heard stories from friends that quite frankly make me feel a bit disgusted. While I think the signs won't stop these incidents completely they are still a good idea to at least raise awareness

I am a regular attendee to Expo and have unfortunately had some negative experiences whilst in cosplay. As one of the biggest anime shows in the UK, we should be following suit to NYCC and reminding people to be respectful of ine another.

As a guy who cosplays shirtless characters I know how annoying it can be, I've had both other guys and girls get touchy without my say.

We shouldn't need to have posters like this, but sadly we do.

Too many chicks think a guy in costume "is always up for it" or should be "grateful" for the attention. Signed.

This needs to be done! Seriously the amount of cosplayers both male and female who have been inappropriately approached is ridiculous!!!!

You made some good points I think it could only do good to have these around just to remind people that there are people behind those cosplays and should be respected accordingly.

I completely agree with this, just because some girls wear bras and knickers as a cosplay does not mean guys get to touch them!

Stop this happening I should be able to cosplay whoever I want, without fear of being creeped on.

As much as I love having Cosplay pics at McM surely you should ask the person before just taking the photo that's what i always try to do

A sign like this will show MCM Empo's stance on this important issue. Training should also be given to Con staff and security so they know how to respond when the hear of this happening.
