Im aware that they do exhibit these signs at LFCC, unfortunately I have never been so would not know from personal experience

I have been subjected to this on more than one occasion at MCM and I'm not a cosplayer. What someone is wearing is not an invitation.

I don't wear revealing cosplays yet some still think it's ok to give my bum a squeeze and it's not, let's stamp this out while we can

You wouldn't grope a child for being dressed up so why does it suddenly become okay just because you are a few years older?!

I was really surprised to see none of these signs at the recent MCM Expo in London. The convention is absolutely huge and thousands upon thousands of con goers attend from Friday-Sunday yet there was not a single sign. This needs to change.

I think it will make perfect sense to have Cosplay Is Not Consent signs put up at all MCM Comic Cons, it would raise awareness to security to take more action on people who would ignore these signs and make Cosplayers feel safe, so they don't have to worry or be scared if it could happen to them.

Cos playing is a way to express yourself and be someone you admire or want to be like, if does NOT mean u are giving off signals you want to be groped or harassed!!
