Corruption in Pasco County Florida Judge William R.Webb and Eckerd Community Alternatives

Their whole system needs to be checked out. Judge Webb needs to get off the bench. My sisters and I were taken from our parents under false accusations. After a year and a half they got us back. My bf and I met in foster care, and now they took our 2 year old son and are using our foster care past, and his old criminal records (from when he was like 14) and using them against us. These people should be in jail for the games they pull apart and hurt.

this is a sad sad man, who wants everyone else just as sad. needs to be replaced before he ruins more families lives.

I attended open court January 27th and listened to the logic and rulings of Judge Webb, he cut off people in front of him jumped to conclusions assumed much too much, played at being Doctor and became a witness in each case before him. It appeared he was bias and had his mind made up before the people coming before him even presented any argument. It became clear this was a one sided hearing where the children and parents are not being properly served by the court. The legal assistance if any, The parents received was nowhere to be found. It's very true that some of these parents were unfit! But many appeared to need guidance that just wasn't to be found! Yes the judge was rude and suffers from GOD like powers over these people. As he asks each one, he refers to medications as DRUGS! Is he himself on DRUGS or anything that would affect his judgement or understanding of anything going on in his courtroom. Furthermore is there anything that the normal person would deem him to be unfit to be a judge or imparcial related to the cases before him?

this judge needs to go he is very rude and very uncaring all based on his personal life this court and eca should be making tons of money with all the kids they are stealing they have 3 of my grand children we passed everything to get them no criminal record but cant get them because our new home is not a place to raise 3 small children spent 45 thousand on legal fees lawyers are just as evil im ashamed to know these are the people that are working in my county they have all broke the law they should go to jail just the same as if i broke the law that is where i would go oh but i forgot they are above the law sad sad

Judge Webb is a real piece of crap!He has does nothing but cause grief and torment to the people of New Port Richey,Florida.I am disabled and physically handicapped and my husband has been incarcerated in Pasco County Jail for 48 days.He has not been charged with anything and both the State's Attorney's office and the Public Defender's Office have ordered him ROR since October 8th,2014.Today is October 10th and he has not been released yet.The Public Defender Defender says the ROR was signed and faxed to the jail but the jail officer's claim they never got any fax to release.So now he gets to sit until Monday until I get ahold of his Public Defender and see what's going on.

need Jugde Webb to retire, I have dealt with him regarding my minor type 1 diabetic child. placed in land o lakes detention facility on medical ward. what a nightmare! it is a wonder my son is not dead, he did come out of there legally blind, because his blood sugar was 600 or greater 95% of the time he was there. I am a registered nurse for 29 years and still practicing. could not talk to anyone at land o lakes jail. Only person that responded was Governor Rick Scott. then I was assigned Major Edwin Beckman as my liason, could never get in touch with him, on vacation or not available, never returned calls. Pasco county is so corrupt it is un believable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is diagnosed with psychotic disorder and schizophrenia, also has a severe social anxiety disorder. Judge Webb told him that he doesn't have any excuse not having a job. Told him he has no business sucking up gov't "welfare" because he gets social security. These are things he was diagnosed with no only by our psychiatrist, but also by a separate; court ordered dr. So,I cldnt agree more that he has no business being a judge.

im mmin the same predicament ,i have been praying for a miracle on this situation ,i think the courts made a big mistake letting him do family court being that its a conflict of interest because of his daughter dying of an overdose and i feel he brought his perssonal feelings in the court room....

Most Judges think they are too importatnt and don't have the time or interest to worry about the trivial details of the litigants lives. Judges do not have to justify their decisions or give any evidence to support their decisions. Judges routinely make their own laws because most litigants are not going to take it to the appeals stages. Then the JQC keeps everything confidential, if a Judge had 30 allegations of the samet type of complaint no one would know. Judges need to be subject to the same rules and practices that eveyday working people are subjec to. No one logs the mail a judge receives. If a judge receives ex-parte communications it is up to the judge if the judge wants to have itthe ex-parte communication placed into the court records. Common everyday practices, safeqguard, checks etc. that customary in most mundane jobs are not practiced when it comes to judges. As a nurse I sign so many documents everyday, Judges get to use stam[ps which no one would thik important until i received a back dated letter from a judge. i really think that the judge had his JA construct the letter "CYA move" and stamp it. there are so many more checks and balances that can and should be put in place. Judges after all are still employees ansd should be subject to the same rules as us "regular" employeses
