I need help saving a good woman from going to prison. She is facing judge Webb and in my opinion is not going to be fair in any way. My concern is that she will not have a fair shot. This man has taken her 3 girls away ten years ago and has been on probation for the last 9.5 years. She had violated by having contact over the internet. The oldest daughter that was labeled a victim came to her mom when she turned 18. She had told me nothing had ever happen and her mom is innocent. The same comment came from the middle daughter as well. The judge wants to see her get ten years prison. Corruption after reading the story and finding more info on this judge makes me upset that he is still a judge. Justice is one thing but destroying peoples lives is just sick. Please if anyone can give me advice or help I have until June 30 that is the court date. She has been in jail since Jan. 13 I need some advice or someone to step up and stop this from happening to someone else.

This judge is a very corrupt and ungreatful person. He decided to lock my sick and dieing mother up for reasons he had no reasons he had no reason for. This pos doesnt deserve to be in the judicial system at all. Let alone be in any of them, he will never. Understand anyone else pain that he cause. Putting away an innocent 52yr old women for no reason.

to totally disregard facts & health information, for the sake of the all mighty dollar, to incarcerate a woman who has major coronary issues, diabetes, and other health problems, who completed the other parts of her probation, barely lives on her disability check month to month,,, yell at her to get a job ,, THERE IS DEFINTELY SOMETHING WRONG IN THIS MANS HEAD !

I am waiting for the day someone brings up charges on him, i'm trying, the hard part is i havent found an attorney who will stand up to this monster, i will not move foward until then...

This petition is so important, my 2 children age 5 and 6 have been taken from me without any explanation...They were taken from me at the courthouse while i was serving my sons father a nocontact order and 1 month later Judge Webb began adopting my children out of state...I was never given a reason, only that Mike Pisano(sons father) was a danger to my 2 children..This began Nov 3 2009 but my case was forgotten about for 1 yr and I'm still trying to find a way to get my children home to me...New Port Richey police came to court with me on behalf of my childrens return and Webb did NOT listen, he tpr my parental rights and never gave a reason...I had the support of NPR police to change my identity and my sons father signed his rights away....My children are my #1, i always was willing to change my name, ss#...Webb only cared about the $ in his pocket..I have no criminal record, my children were never hurt or injured, i gave a hair sample more than once to prove i never used drugs...PLEASE continue signing this petition...Webb needs to be held responsable for his illegal activity even with the criminal cases i have read...Please read the other cases, so important...

I've had an experience with Judge Webb years ago. He is rude and obnoxious to everyone. He is the poorest excuse for a Judge I ever saw. He should be in jail for all the grief he has caused to good people over the years in the name of the law. Judge Webb no compassion or understanding for anyone. Would have been a good Nazi soldier. How the County puts up with this is beyond me.

My daughter had to give her baby up and they had her in the foster care, well my sister in new york is trying to get her and she pass everything , she was going to get her but the foster parent at the last minute said they want her so the s.s. worker had a meeting and they said they are giving her to the foster parents. the baby has hep c and they said we have better dr here. We are writing a letter to the judge hoping he will help. and we the grandparent are not allowed to see her. she just 2 years We try to find someone to help us so my sister cab get her but we are not rich. dont know what to do

I'm pretty sure he is the same judge that let my oldest daughters father take her from a good home and allowed him to keep her a homeless shelter with him. My daughters father ended up raping her for a month then she was so scared she waited 2 years to tell me then good ole pasco county dropped the charges cause it was her word against his. Even tho he skipped the state when the officer came to speak to him

this is a sad sad man, who wants everyone else just as sad. needs to be replaced before he ruins more families lives.
