Corruption in Pasco County Florida Judge William R.Webb and Eckerd Community Alternatives

My daughter is going to court today so they can steal her children away. She has been a model parent and has complied with all they have asked. Her case worker Meaghan,lies and tells stories. She is a great mother and s many people can attest to that. We pray that God will prevail and not take them away. Her Judge is also, WEBB. I promise you Judge WEBB and Meaghan if you lie and take my grandchildren away from my daughter , who has busted her behind to comply with all your outrageous tasks.

This is exactly what is happening to me now So very wrong. I can't believe it's happening. I told family in other states and they're dumbfounded.

Forced adoption and profiting from breaking up families needs to stop.. Every judge and caseworker should abide by the law unbiased. This seriously needs to be investigated and stopped.

This judge is very corrupt and so is his system with baked Aaron Eckhard alternative refuses to give my son back due to me being on prescription medication that is prescribed for my doctor and they originally told me to stay on my medications I did so and they still are giving me a hard time and will not give my son back this judge is totally ridiculous and I've never heard of somebody that could be so harsh and cruel to a family by breaking it apart all my son wants to do is come home and we've done everything that they've asked us to do including urinalysis tests that come back false at different occasions almost every time and they say that we have different narcotics in our system that we don't even have North take and we've gone to get other urinalysis that they've made us pay for and they come up with the real thing that is in our system which is the narcotics that are prescribed from the doctor only but the judge don't care he says even if you have cancer you don't care what's wrong with you he will not give our child back unless we are not taking nothing my wife has had major open back surgery with pins rods and screws in her back two heart attacks an ongoing stress somebody needs to do something with this man Judge William R Webb in Pasco County Florida.

This judge and all the case workers need to either be investigated or replaced. Judge Webb needs to be fired and never let on the bench again!!!

My granddaughter was under state supervision after we got custody of her. Judge Webb placed her in the care of her father who wanted nothing to do with her for the first 3 years of the childs' life. Now we (the grandparents) are not allowed to see the child or have any contact with her. Judge Webb refused to listen to us in court!!! CAN JUDGE WEBB....

I had supervision over my then almost 3 month old granddaughter & was given care & custody of her on May 3, 2011. I had custody of her until July 8, 2013 when my daughter (her mom) was reunified with the baby. There were 2 potential fathers named, one was never found & the other was. There were 5 DNA tests set up for the guy to determine if he was indeed the father which he refused to appear at each of the 5 scheduled DNA appts. It wasn't until the court subpoenaed to show up in court in front of Judge Webb. The father told the case manager Angela Monteque that he wanted NO part of the child & he & his attorney also told Judge Webb he wanted nothing to do with the child. The father was then scheduled for the 6th DNA appt which turned out, he was the father of my granddaughter. A year & a half later, CPI again removed my g'daughter from her mom claiming child neglect in which the charge were dropped to "Contributing to a minor". Judge Webb gave custody of my now 4 yr old granddaughter to her legal father and refused me to have any contact with my g'daughter after raising her for almost 3 yrs. My g'daughter has made many allegations of physical abuse by the father's girlfriend towards her & allegations of sexual contact between my 4 yr old g'daughter & her 12 yr old half sister. CPI was notified of the many allegations & did absolutely NOTHING to protect the child. Judge Webb was also made aware of the physical & sexual contact and STILL PUT HER IN THE FATHER'S HOME where she was being abused!! Judge Webb told the father to keep the 2 girls apart & to put an alarm on my g'daughter's bedroom door. My daughter is only allowed an hour visit a month. Mom has ONLY seen the child ONE time since court in March. The father has had my g'daughter since January 2015. He REFUSES to allow me (her maternal grandmother) to see or speak to my granddaughter, refused her dying maternal grandfather of seeing her before he passed away in June and refuses to answer any ca

THIS IS SOO TRUE! WHY WOULD A GRANDPARENT HAVE TO ADOPT THERE OWN GRANDCHILDREN WHEN THEY LIVE WITH THEM TO BEGIN WITH? THE GRANDPARENTS & GRANDCHILDREN ARE OK WITHOUT ADOPTION. GRANDCHILDREN ARE NOT GOING TO CALL GRANDMA & GRANDPA "MOM & DAD" THAT IS STUPID. MANY GRANDPARENTS ARE WILLING TO RAISE THEIR GRANDCHILDREN WITHOUT ADOPTING THEM!!!!!! US GRANDPARENTS LOVE OUR GRANDCHILDREN WE CAN'T HELP THAT THE CHILDREN WE RAISE WENT THE WRONG WAY. WE JUST WANT TO HELP THE KIDS GET A NORMAL LIFE WITHOUT GOING TO COURT EVERY 6-8 WKS, WITHOUT HAVING STATE PEOPLE COME TO OUR HOUSES ANYTIME THEY WANT . Judge Webb said in court that he doesn't believe in PTSD. We'll my son does have it. Judge Webb isn't a doctor. The case worker hasn't returned 1 of my calls so I can pick up my grandchildren from the grandparents that have them. I was told by a cps lady that I could be approved to babysit my grandchildren a few hours a week. I found that to be very insulting. I'm not a babysitter I'm a grandmother.

The children are mentally and emotionally destroyed and families are torn apart over hear say . Unjustifiable removal of children and very bias courtroom. They have do what they want and do not help parents . They are damaged for LIFE and parents are judged when they need guidance!

This has gone on long enough. Its time for the blind fold on the statue of JUSTICE to be put back on. JUDGE WEBB applies his own agenda. Not the JUSTICE systems law's and statue. Not to mention the turmoil and havoc applied to the childrens lives.

I totally agree with this petition! They don't care about the children here or what the families need. It's all about money in Pasco county. That's why judge Webb forces adoption.
