This horrible judge took my nieces baby away wrongfully and she's done everything they asked from her and she has every right to have her own baby back as she's deemed fit and a wonderful person overall! We must put an end to this unfair situation asap!

He took my sisters baby from her. She did exactly what they asked in order to get her child back and he still took her away!!! Evil man evil evil man.

Caseworkers are bs. They tried to say my.mom cut open my chest when I was younger and take me from school.. I had open heart surgery... even the school had the paper work from my surgeons and yet still they took it to court. Unless ur rich and have a paid for attorney u cant win and they have it set up that way. My cousin was in foster care his whole life now he is doing prison and when he gets out he is finley coming home. Its pretty clear that Florida is just trying another window to get federal money cause if it wasnt for tourism and the rich already their stealing from the poor they would be more poverty stricken than they already are.

This is a travesty!! No one should be allowed to so freely do unto people the horrible things that this court & its affiliates have so irresponsibly done unto my friend & countless others...these people need to be replaced..they better hope God shows them the same Grace as they showed tgese families they have stolen thess children from...shameful people. .they are bullies...plain & simple!

They will play mind games and make you think if you comply they will give you your child back when in fact they plan on taking the child.The judge likes to make jokes about the parents down falls as does the states attorneys and guardian ad litem.At the end of it all you can either involuntary get your rights taken away which in fact can be held against or you can surrender your rights is gonna be your only options.Its a loose loose situation.even if you comply with a case plan they will find ways to say you didn't. If your case goes in front of this judge you can't win.

YOU WOULD THINK THAT AFTER LOSING HIS SON FROM A DRUG OVERDOSE. THAT HE WOULD BE COMPASSINATE. BUT NOOO. HE FEELS HE CANT HAVE HIS CHILD BECAUSE OF DRUGS, THEN NO ONE SHOULD. SHAME ON YOU. YOU AND ECKERD ARE DOING MORE DAMAGE TO THESE CHILDREN, TAKING THEM OUT OF DAYCARE, GOING WITH COMPLETE STRANGERS. AFTER WE TELL OUR KIDS DO NOT TALK TO STRANGERS, NEVER GET INTO CARS WITH STRANGERS. AND AFTER ALL THIS.. YOU MAKE THE PARENTS VIIST THEM IN A CONFERENCE ROOM.. YOU AND DCF AND ECKARD ARE DOING NOTHING BUT TEARING CHILDREN APART, SHAME ON YOU ALL...AND TO LIE AND HAVE IT ON COURT PAPER, IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL TO DO? RETIRE AND CLOSE ECKERD DOWN UNTIL A FULL INVESTATION CAN BE DONE. EVEN THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS ARE AFRAID TO SPEAK OUT IN HIS COURT.

Want to sign petition against Judge William Webb of Pasco Circuit court. He does not represent justice, he is corrupted In his decisions. He needs to be removed or tried for his offenses. Why has nothing been done about this?

Why is Judge Webb still a judge after all the new's stories done on his disgusting court room behavior? Judge Webb has hurt so many children & families. His behavior is outrageous & he should be immediately removed from the bench ... Very disheartening

Judge William webb is a corrupt judge, he doesn't make rational decisions based on fact but decisions based on emotions, that is not a rational judge his decisions are wreck less

He judged me unfairly under oath. My children where not being mistreated, or neglected but he saw fit to make an unfair ruling off of personal motivation. This man has caused strife in many families including mine.
