This petition is to ask the city of Cornwall to create a dog park within city limits. There are so many dog owners and there is so many places we are not allowed to bring our dogs. Walking our dogs around our own neibourhoods is fine but dogs get so much from playing with other dogs and meeting other people. It's vital to their physical and mental stimulation.
