Cork need to be connected to major airport hubs like Berlin

I think this should be considered a vital service for the Cork & Kerry region especially in relation to tourism.

Given the importance of Berlin in the EU--culturally, politically and economically--this connection is really indispensable. As a single example, I myself was prevented from attending an important academic conference there at University College Cork last year, because travel from the Freie Universität Berlin was simply too inconvenient and expensive. Very regrettable for me personally, as well as for my professional colleagues there in Cork.

Cork is a wonderful airport. Please support it

There must be huge tourist potential in both directions.

Come on. Bring back the Berlin flight from cork. Even if it's once per week, this would be a great start !

You can't connect with Paris, Rome, Amsterdam and Madrid but not Berlin. Seriously respecklos man!

As a resident of the United States who often travels on academic business to both Berlin and Cork, the reinstatement of the Cork-Berlin flight would be infinitely valuable!

This is needed, and would make the prospect of travel to the east of Germany far more palatable for myself and many many others. It's incredibly frustrating and a little unbelievable to be honest that the service was discontinued in the first place. Anything to lessen the DAA's stranglehold and increase activity at Cork Airport is a step in the right direction. Los geht's.
