Reinstate the Cork–Berlin Flight

Hi All European destination from cork should all be re- instead, considering the high numbers of professional peoples from various industrial institutions travelling for business as well as the population of cork , it is cumbersome to say the least having to travel to Dublin at an early hours of the morning and coming back on a late bus from Dublin airport is really scandalous in this day and ages . please bring back the European routes to cork, specially cork -Berlin Thank you krimo

Easy access to Germany is very important for Irish technology academics in engineering like my self.

It would be very handy to have the flight connection Cork Berlin back again. Traveling via Dublin or Shannon avoids many journeys I would like to have done.

The reinstating of the Cork/Berlin flight would be a great help for UCC's international programmes

ASAP! I need this flight connection if cork wants me to stay in Ireland. It's a shame there's no flight to Berlin from cork already! It's the German capital!

Cork has been stripped from a lot of air connections which are essential for its business and its population. It is essential to reinstate not just the Berlin flights but many others (as the flights to Lisbon, Rome, Brussels, etc).

My wife and I used to travel to Berlin annually until the Cork-Berlin flight was dropped.

This could benefit international student exchange for UCC and UCC staff collaboration with researchers in Berlin and surroundings.

I fully support this petition. I feel it is extremely unfair that Cork airport is being abandoned by the DAA.

I have lots of family and friends in Berlin who would like to visit Cork and vise versa friends in Cork who would love to see Berlin. This direct flight would change my life immensely

This is really important - it currently takes the best part of a day to get to Germany from Cork. That can't be good for business.

We have many fruitful collaborations with researchers in Berlin. A direct connection between Cork and Berlin would significantly support such interactions.

I would propose that Cork-Rome should be reinstated also.

My own subject at UCC (Early and Medieval Irish) attracts students from a wide range of international backgrounds, including many Germans.
