ridicilous that tax payers are being held captive for a vandeta. One tril,ok, but a fourth trial with three hung juries. It's time for the police to find a viable alterantive to this man.

The judicial system fails when all they want is a criminal...It doesn't matter that everyone around KNOWS that this man didn't do it!!! The police say that he did, and, that's what counts. I did a year in prison for a crime that needed a criminal, and, now this man is facing a ton more time for something that eye witnesses account for him NOT doing. Where is the fair and righteous "Law of the Land" that this country once knew? Corruption and bigotry has led to the demise of proper and FAIR hearings. Look passed the man's color, and, you shall see his innocence...Everybody that was there didn't see color...They saw the murder...And the murderer is still free. Where is the justice?

whole thing is very disappointing that the people who are incharge of this all can't admit they pinned this on the wrong man...

Four trials? Come on. Listen to the juries and move on. Leave this young man alone.

How ridiculous that this continues! Four witnesses that can say he is not the killer, and they keep trying to convict an innocent man? No justice being done here!

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE COURT MUST DO THEIR JOB, BUT AT ONE POINT DO YOU FINALLY SAY I HAVE DONE ALL THAT I CAN ? YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO TRUST THE SYSTEM AND, PART OF THE SYSTEM IS THE 12 JURORS THAT DECIDE GUILT OR INNOCENCE! YOU CAN NOT KEEP TRYING A CASE JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT LIKE THE OUTCOME! I PRAY THAT SOON GOD WILL PUT THIS ALL TO REST AND ONCE AND FOR ALL THIS MAN, MY FRIEND WILL BE ABLE TO MOVE ON WITH HIS LIFE.
