If u sign this petition that means are agreeing that the buyer of a new home needs more protection from the seller and the inspector. To many times the seller has lied to us about the home of our dreams. To many time have the inspector has over looked something. To man times has the seller and the inspector has help each other out on selling a home. It's time that the buyer gets proctection from the seller and inspector. To many times they have got to work with our money and hide behide the law and make us pay for all the damages that they said was not in your dream home.
